Adley was a good story. However, I have a hard time reading dialects, so it took me a bit longer to get through it. Rhea does a good job describing the area and gives enough information about the backstory so everyone can understand the characters and their jobs.
Adley is about a woman who doesn’t want to get into a relationship but falls instantly in love with Davis. The story is about their ups and downs as they fight against their independence and learn to rely on each other.

This story deals a lot with the business of tree logging, which is not something I know much about, but despite that, I enjoyed the characters and their relationships. There was also plenty of drama thrown in.

Not normally my genre to read, but I had heard amazing things about this series, and I was NOT disappointed! A country/Appalachian romance that focuses as much on the romance as it does the plot. Adley has a large parcel of land that needs logged and developed for her ranch. Romance blooms between her and one of the loggers, while drama with said logger's ex-wife sneaks in under the radar, leaving us hating the gold-digging woman as much as he does! Heavily focused on the logging industry around Kentucky, with great care put into the dialogue to capture regional accent and nomenclature. Along with all the home cooked food that the author practically gives us recipes for, it was a pleasant culture shock to a 'Yankee' like me! I could TOTALLY see this being a Hallmark movie. 5/5.

This steamy romance tugs at the heartstrings and doesn't let go. From the very first page, I was drawn into the rugged beauty of the setting and the complex characters that bring this story to life.
Adley is strong, independent, and fiercely protective of her home and heart. Her journey is one of self-discovery and healing, and watching her navigate the challenges of Buck Hole Hollow is nothing short of inspiring. The romance is tender and genuine, unfolding with a perfect balance of tension and sweet moments that left me rooting for Adley every step of the way.
The author masterfully weaves together themes of love, forgiveness, and the power of second chances, creating a story that is both heartwarming and thought-provoking. The vivid descriptions of the landscape and the close-knit community add depth to the narrative, making Buck Hole Hollow feel like a place you never want to leave.
If you're looking for a romance novel that will sweep you off your feet and stay with you long after the last page, "Buck Hole Hollow: Adley" is a must-read. I can't recommend it highly enough!

This book was a ton of fun! It was full of passion, whether it was the spicy romance between the MC's, passion for the land, or passion for the logging business. The dialect was a amusing and the way it describes living off the land is the way I wish it could be. I enjoyed this a lot!

This was a very engaging experience. There were parts that made me blush a little because I am not accustomed to reading intimate material. The author does a good job of navigating complicated emotions in changing.relationships. Worth a read.
